I’m Dr. Amarjit, a UK based dentist trained in restorative and oral surgery - but before I was in the clinic, I was in the ring.
As a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, I spent years sparring with bulky, boil-and-bite mouthguards that made it difficult to breathe, hard to focus and hard to perform. Every session felt like a gamble between staying protected or staying focused.
Back then I didn't know how important it was to protect my mouth from everyday accidents that can happen during sports.
As an experienced dentist, I’ve seen the damage caused by poor protection - from cracked teeth, broken jaws and long term dental trauma.
I now work with athletes to protect their smiles, perform with confidence and focus fully on their sport.

CONFESSIONS OF A DENTAL NURSE
Hey! I’m Siobhan, as a dental nurse I’ve seen firsthand the reality of dental injuries and the life changing impact it can have on patients - and let me tell you no one wants to lose a tooth, especially a front one.
Seeing patients struggle with preventable dental injuries inspired me to raise awareness for the importance of high quality mouthguard protection from start to finish.
My goal is to help athletes avoid that experience entirely by making professional-level protection accessible to all, whilst allowing them to express themselves in their own custom designs at the same time - now that's something to smile about!
