At GuardX, we stand by our 100% Fit Guarantee. Our priority is your satisfaction and
confidence in the fit and performance of your custom-fit product. 100% Fit Guarantee – Our Commitment to You We promise a perfect fit – or we’ll remake it free of charge. If you're not satisfied with the fit of your GuardX product, we will work with you to resolve the issue and remake the product as needed until it fits as intended.
🛑 We do not offer refunds unless we are unable to produce a fit-for-purpose product after all remake attempts.
Requesting a Remake
If you are unhappy with the fit, please email support@guardx.co.uk with:
● Your order number
● Your full name and delivery address
● A detailed description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product showing the fit issue
● (Optional) Photos of your dental impression, if relevant
Once reviewed, we will confirm the issue and provide a solution – typically by issuing a free remake. Sending Back Your Impression Kit
● If your impression is faulty, we may not be able to proceed until a new one is provided.
● If you're unsure about your impression quality, please send us a photo before returning
it.
● We offer free replacement trays and putty to help you take a better impression.
● If you return faulty impressions without approval, a small reshipping and materials fee
may apply.
Warranty: 30-Day Peace of Mind
Your product is covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
If there’s a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or remake your product free of charge.
Important:
Chewing, biting, or visible signs of misuse or damage (including wear and tear) will void the warranty.
Examples of Fit Issues We Remake For
Please describe your fit concern clearly. Here are some examples:
● ❌ Product is too loose or falls out
● ❌ One side fits better than the other
● ❌ Product does not seat correctly on your teeth
● ❌ Edges are uncomfortable or rubbing
● ❌ Other issue – please describe
Please attach photos so we can assess against your original impression.
Refunds (When Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that:
● We are unable to make a fit-for-purpose product, even after one or more remake attempts
● Or if required under UK consumer law, e.g., for goods that are defective or not as
described and cannot be fixed or replaced
Please note:
● Impression Kits are non-refundable, as they are hygiene-related products
● Custom-fit products are non-refundable unless unfit for use and unresolvable by
remake
