Using advanced CAD/CAM software, your mouthguard is digitally designed to your exact specifications. Where required, our in-house design team applies customisations such as colours, logos, initials, and name tags.
Thermoforming Under Vacuum
Premium, impact-resistant materials are thermoformed over the 3D-printed model using controlled heat and vacuum pressure. Mouthguard thickness can be adjusted based on the sport you play and the level of impact involved—ensuring the right balance of protection, comfort, and performance.
