CAD/CAM DESIGN, CUSTOMISATION & 3D PRINTING
Using advanced CAD/CAM software, your mouthguard is digitally designed to your exact specifications. Where requested, our in-house design team applies customisations such as colours, logos and ID tags.
THERMOFORMING UNDER VACUUM
Premium, impact-resistant materials are thermoformed over the 3D-printed model using controlled heat and vacuum pressure. Mouthguard thickness can be adjusted based on the sport you play and the level of impact involved - ensuring the right balance of protection and comfort.
HAND CRAFTED BY EXPERT TECHNICIANS
Each mouthguard is carefully trimmed, shaped, and polished by our skilled dental technicians, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in custom sports dental protection. This hands-on process ensures exceptional fit, comfort and durability.
