Scan or Impression Time
Join The Dormo Journey
We invite you to experience the Dormo difference. Every product is designed with your wellness in mind, so you can wake up to the best version of yourself—every single day.
SHOP NOWWhen you visit one of our pros or pop-up spots, they’ll either use a cool digital scanner to snap a super-accurate 3D map of your teeth — no mess, no fuss — or take a traditional impression with dental putty. Either way, we get the exact shape of your mouth locked down.
Sending It to the Lab
That digital file (or scanned impression) is sent straight to our dental lab. If it’s a physical
impression, the lab scans it in to make a digital version.
Designing Your Guard (CAD Magic)
In the lab, tech experts use advanced CAD software to craft your mouthguard’s design. This is where the magic happens — we customize the fit, thickness, and shape to match your sport, playing style, and protection needs. Plus, you can add your personal touch: your name, player ID, team colors, logos, flags, or cool patterns — making sure your guard is as unique as you are.
Making It Real (CAM Tech)
The design goes into a high-precision machine — like a 3D printer or milling cutter that builds your mouthguard layer by layer or carves it from a solid block of tough material.
Finishing Touches & Quality Check
Your guard gets polished, cleaned, and tested for fit, comfort, and durability. A dental
professional gives it a final quality check and seal of approval — so you know it’s
top-notch and game-ready.
