How do I take care of my GuardX custom-fit mouthguard?
Keeping your GuardX mouthguard in top shape is easy! After every use, just rinse it with cold water and give it a gentle clean with mild soap or a mouthguard cleaner. Never leave it in hot places or out in the sun - heat can distort the shape of your mouthguard. Always allow it to dry fully before popping it back in your case. Take care of it and it’ll take care of you.
How often should I replace my GuardX custom-fit mouthguard?
Mouthguards take a beating, so it’s advised to swap yours out every 1-2 years - or sooner if you spot any cracks, warping or if it doesn’t fit right anymore. Keep it fresh to keep yourself protected!
